- Majority of Trojan’s existing Caspar customer base attended to learn more about the latest new release of Trojan’s case management solution for Appointees and Deputies
- Trojan gave important business updates regarding COVID-19 and how they are working to move forwards, including free virtual training and online forum functions
Bromsgrove, UK – Trojan Consultants, which has been providing financial management software to safeguard the interests of vulnerable people for over three decades, has successfully ran their first series of online Regional Meetings for Caspar users.
The sessions replaced the Caspar Regional Roadshows, which were due to take place in June this year. The face-to-face meetings could not go ahead as planned due to the current pandemic impacting the globe, COVID-19, therefore virtual meetings were held in their place.
General Manager Larry Morgan thanked attendees and said, “Many thanks to everyone who joined our update webinar sessions. As our first virtual meetings, we’re thoroughly impressed with the success and flow of the sessions and hope our customers found it just as useful as we did. Whilst it’s really not the same as being in the same room with our customers, we found the meetings thoroughly enjoyable and the interactive spin meant it was good to know there were people on the other side of the screen!”
He goes on to say, “Everyone at Trojan is Iooking forward to being able to meet in person again, and hope to do so in January 2021 all being well, however we will keep in touch and let you know what we are up to over the coming months.”
The meetings, split into 4 separate sessions across 4 dates, attracted a large proportion of existing Caspar users, from across England and Wales, where Trojan’s market-leading case management and financial reconciliation software is implemented at over 90 sites.
The meetings included important updates on business continuity and progression, as well as informative information about the latest system update (V4.64), running through a series of new and improved features including its impressive new user interface and branding.
During the meeting, presented by General Manager Larry Morgan, Client Solutions Manager Sarah Mandley and Customer Success Manager Hayley Woodward, Trojan demonstrated its continued support for its customers by announcing a free of charge online training scheme, designed to expand the knowledge of Caspar Users ensuring organisations utilise the tool to maximum effect.
Hayley also demonstrated how to use the new Members Area accessible from the Trojan web site.
Via the new online forum, all Caspar users can:
- Download Caspar content including the brand-new Caspar Educational Video Series
- Read handy tips & tricks on products
- Ask questions
- Access support
Additionally, during the webinar, Trojan provided a detailed run through of the new Support Desk and Chat facilities, which will make it easier for all Trojan customers to raise any queries they have.
“With the Chat function, customers can connect in seconds to our Support engineers. They are on hand to provide instant resolutions to any Trojan-related software enquiries, or when busy, can be left a message,” Hayley explains.
Hayley goes on to say, “With important details about upcoming updates and releases, it’s an important tool for both Trojan and our customers and goes to show how we are committed to continuously developing our in-house systems to support our client base.”
For Caspar users who were not able to attend the meetings, the presentation slides can be obtained via the Trojan Member’s Area
